Chicken & Waffle Casserole

Cut up cooked waffles (bite-sized pieces)
Cut up already fried chicken (bite-sized pieces)
Place waffles in sprayed casserole dish, stack chicken next
Pour 12 beat eggs into dish (salt, pepper, camp mix)
Pour syrup on top, liberally
Cover w/ shredded cheese
Bake covered w/ tin foil for 45 min at 350 degrees, take off tin foil last 15 minutes

Brined Turkey

1 1/2 cups kosher salt
1/1/4 brown sugar
6 sprigs thyme
6 sprigs sage
6 sprigs rosemary
2 apples, quartered
2 oranges, quartered
3 tsp black peppercorns
1 1/2 gallons water, apples juice or apple cider
Submerge turkey completely in brine and allow to soak overnight in refrigerator (do not allow temperature of water to rise above 41 degrees)

Russet potatoes, quartered boil in salted water for 45 minutes (peeled or not peeled)
Mash or mix with salt, pepper, and milk

Gingerbread Eggnog Pudding Jars

Instant vanilla pudding off to side (follow directions on package)
Blend: cream cheese with egg whites, maple syrup, Kahlua, cinnamon, whipped cream
Add pudding and blend with mixer
Mason Jar – place in melted chocolate for a chocolate rim (be sure cup or jar is cold)
Grind vanilla wafers and place in bottom of cup or jar
Stack pudding mixture, end with whipped cream and top with gingerbread cookie
